Under certain circumstances, a 4 wheel drive Toyota SUV or truck can be rented or included with exchange.

Casa Solshine is a 1 story, open concept home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It features a large veranda with a gorgeous, refreshing pool and a covered outdoor kitchen. The property also boasts a garage with a separate studio casita above that sleeps and additional 2-4 people and can be included in the exchange. All the furniture has been custom built throughout the home and mattresses are brand new top of the line. Master bed contains a King Bed. Guest bedroom 1 contains a double/twin bunk. Guest bedroom 2 contains a queen bed. The casita features a King bed with an additional 2 twin beds in the loft.

Playa Pelada is a wonderful neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of Nosara and Playa Guiones but still only 5 minutes away. The house is elevated with a nice jungle view and stays cool with nice, fresh breezes. The neighborhood is also safe and the home features private security for added peace of mind.
