Layout: 2-bedroom apartment with a separate home office – ideal for remote work. We ave 2 work station 1 in the home office and 1 in the bedroom. Natural Light: well-ventilated, and full of natural light. Kitchen: Fully equipped with an oven, microwave, and other essential appliances for cooking at home. Access: 2nd-floor walk-up with a classic NYC fire escape (no elevator). Neighborhood: Steps from supermarkets and surrounded by diverse dining options, including Greek, Middle Eastern, and American cuisine. Vibrant nightlife scene with great bars – perfect for summer evenings. 🏞️ Neighborhood Perks: Beautiful Park Nearby: Just a 15-minute walk to a large, family-friendly park with stunning NYC skyline views, picnic areas, and multiple playgrounds – great for kids. Dog-Friendly: Several dog parks nearby, perfect for your furry friend to play and socialize. Active Lifestyle: 25-minute walk to a park with public tennis courts, and the NYC Ferry is close by, offering a direct route to Far Rockaway Beach for a perfect summer beach day.
