General Overview

Comfortable open concept house with outdoor living space and hot tub. We live next door to a small park with a playground and field. 2 grocery stores within 2 blocks, 1 located in a small mall. 1 block to Kootenay Lake, which has a paved pathway to Lakeside park (10min walk). Which has tennis courts, bocce and a seasonal cafe. 10-12m easy walk to downtown where you will find many wonderful restaurants, coffee shops and stores. Whitewater ski resort is a 20minute drive, with a shuttle that picks up 2 blocks from the house Ainsworth hot springs is a 40 minute drive up the lake Families with younger children are welcome but the house is not child proof, contains stairs and has all concrete floors. We have 2 indoor/outdoor cats that have an auto feeder and use a microchipped door to get in and out. They do not have a litter box, and do their business outside. We can arrange to have them elsewhere during your stay if you like but please be aware if you have allergies that they do live here regularly :)

Liz and Eli

We are a couple of Kootenay kids that have been enjoying life together for 21 years. I (Liz) work in an orthodontic office as a financial coordinator and my husband Eli and I own an Electrical and Civil contracting business. We are proud parents of two book loving teens who are both interested in pursuing English degrees. Since our kids have grown up much too fast we are trying to spend every opportunity travelling with them and creating memories together!
