General Overview

Nice big house in a quiet neighborhood with a sunny garden on the West so all afternoon and evening sun. Air conditioning in the master bedroom, beautiful and spacious living room and 5 bedrooms. Very centrally located in the middle of all major cities so public transport to Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht or The Hague is very easy.

The Space

Spacious living room with a large 65" smart TV with Netflix. The bedrooms of my teenage children on the 1st floor do not participate :-) These are also not in the photos. The entire attic floor and my bedroom are available so that's 3 bedrooms. A KingSize bed in the master bedroom with air conditioning. In the attic rooms there is 1 bed and 1 extra mattress. It can also be placed in the other attic room (the computer and guitar room) The kitchen has everything you need. Freezer, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, 2 airfryers, microwave, sandwich maker and all crockery and cutlery of course. The bathroom is located on the 1st floor with toilet. Separate toilet also downstairs in the hallway. There is an Xbox360 with various games available and a Playstation 3 in the attic.

Guest Access

2 floors with a circular spiral staircase. Free parking is available in the street. There is a supermarket nearby at 300 meters, so that is ideal. A bus stop that goes to the train station is also a 1-minute walk away. (Line 1 and Line 4)

Notes

We have a closet and two large drawers full of board games. TV in the master bedroom and attic room. We have quiet neighbors. There is good WiFi throughout the house.

Neighbourhood

The Reeuwijkse Plassen are a 15-minute bike ride away. In the barn there are 2 adult size bicycles (1 ladies bicycle and 1 electric men's bicycle and 1 normal men's bicycle). The center of Gouda is about 10 minutes by bike. The train station is about 8 minutes by bike. The house is very close to the A12 motorway so very easy. 30 minutes by car to Utrecht, The Hague, Rotterdam and Leiden. 30 minutes to the beach 45 minutes to Amsterdam. All North Sea beaches are sandy beaches. Most beaches have restaurants. Scheveningen is a city beach, with many restaurants. For the Reeuwijkse plassen and rent a boat: 't Wapen, Notaris D'aumerielaan 17, 2811 HS Reeuwijk. Terrace on one of the lakes. Very nice view, the food is tasty. From Gouda train station, take bus line 1 or line 4 and get off at the stop "Prunuslaan". It is about 8 minutes by bike.

Getting Around

The center of Gouda is about 10 minutes by bike. The Reewijkse plassen is about 15 minutes by bike. Of course, everything is also possible by car. Gouda train station is 5 minutes by car or 8 minutes by bike or about 15 minutes by bus (which stops at each stop). From the Gouda train station it is about 18 minutes to The Hague and Rotterdam and 20 minutes to Utrecht. Amsterdam is 49 minutes away by train.
