The space
We have a new 2500 square foot home with 3 bedrooms. All have a fireTV tv, PS 4, toys, etc, one has a queen sized adjustable bed, office and Master Suite with spa bath and jacuzzi soaking tub.. chef's kitchen, and a large private fenced backyard, large patio with BBQ/smoker area, paths. Master Bedroom has spa attached bathroom with a 55 inch TV. Living room has 80inch TV. YouTube TV and smart TV's in all bedrooms and fire sticks in rest. Playstation 4, Xbox and Nintendo.
Guest access
House is one level. Access to all but office as we both work from home.
Notes
Less than 2 miles from shopping, grocery store, great restaurants. We are pet friendly. We do have a housekeeper every Friday that we will take care of. Dogs do not need to be part of exchange but prefer the friendly snuggly cats stay home. You do not have to clean litter box. We have a kitty litter robot (best invention EVER).

Getting to my home
San Antonio Airport (SAT) is 30-40 minutes away depending on traffic. Uber or Lyft to house or rental car at airport. You will need a vehicle. Car exchange negotiable. 2023 Ford Bronco Sport.

Will need a car. Will consider mutual car exchange. 2 miles to grocery, shopping, restaurants. 40 minutes to downtown San Antonio, New Braunfels, outlet malls. Less than an hour to wine country. 1.5 hours to Austin. 2 hours to beach-Rockport.
