Neighbourhood

Resort style 55+ community. Children under 18 allowed in community pool 10am to 1pm-not allowed in clubhouse at all. We will have a private lap pool in the backyard. Tennis, pickleball, pool tables, botche ball, card games, water exercises, bar, calendar of activities.

Phoenix International Airport (PHX)

Getting Around

Can walk or golfcart to food/shops/community area. Will consider mutual car exchange. 2 miles to grocery, shopping, restaurants, activites, park with water slides. 2-5 for great shopping, 30-40 minutes to downtown Phoenix. Will update listing about public transportation but Uber and Lyft popular.

"Not winter/skiing people but love views, lakes, small town exploring, big town exploring. Non sim possible so you can enjoy some sun and warm temps during the winter and we visit you in our summer!"

"Kim is from Fridley, MN. Have family in Minnesota! Can do a non sim for your winter months as having experienced 32 Minnesota winters have zero desire to experience another. 2-3 weeks for your summer place for 2-3 weeks for ours in your winter time!"
