General overview
Our house is modern and cosy. We bought it in 2017 and then we completely renovated it. Everything is new and very comfortable. The garden faces south and as soon as the sun shines you can sit outside. We are happy to lounge on the terrace, or turn on the barbecue.
The space
On the ground floor you will find the living room with an open kitchen. From the living room you walk directly into the sunny garden, which is located on the south. In the garden you will find a spacious lounge set, artificial grass, a barbecue and plenty of toys for children. From the garden you walk into an adjacent playground with playground.
On the first floor you will find two bedrooms (one bedroom with a cot, which can accommodate a mattress or air mattress). In addition, there is a bathroom and office.
On the second floor you will find the washing machine and an extra bedroom with a single bed. There is also an extra (work) room where someone could sleep on an air mattress.

Neighbourhood
Our house is in a very nice location. In a quiet and cozy village with a lot of nature in the area. We are in the center of the Netherlands, in the middle of the three biggest cities. Amsterdam, The Hague and Utrecht can all be reached quickly and easily by car or public transport.
Getting to my home
We are easily accessible by car or public transport. There is free parking in front of the house. You can come by bus from Woerden (5KM) or Utrecht (15 KM).
Nearest airport
Schiphol airport (Amsterdam) is 45 kilometers (40 minute drive) and Rotterdam Airport is 50 kilometers (40 minute drive).
Getting around
Supermarket is 5-10 minutes walking, about 650 meter. There is also a bakery, butcher, bookstore and three restaurants.
