Our updated 100 year-old home is centrally located in a great neighborhood and is near all of the most beautiful places in Santa Barbara. The home is within an easy drive to downtown shopping and restaurants, tasting rooms, hiking trails, the Mission and beaches. 

It is a 4 bedroom home with a private garden and a front porch for watching the world go by.

The Space

Our home is on a residential block of the main street in town, and has the best of Santa Barbara all within a short distance. 
Our home is largely updated inside, but it is a historic home, and the ideal visitor will appreciate its age as character.

Guest Access

The home is two stories. There are steps up to the front deck and front door.  Three of the four bedrooms are upstairs. The back is gated and has a parking area and garden, as well as an independent back cottage that is rented out.  The tenant shares the driveway and parking area, so you would have some limited interaction.
