Best location in Ko Olina! This spacious luxury 2-story resort villa is located in the most desirable, coveted area of the Ko Olina Resort - Coconut Plantation. It’s the closest to the lagoons, as well as to the secret beach with turtles & monk seals. Coconut Plantation is the most upscale community out of the five Ko Olina communities. Only a 5-minute walk to the beach, and a 2-minute walk to the plaza with shops, a grocery store, coffee shops, and restaurants. Just across the street, you'll find 4 beautiful, white sand beach lagoons to snorkel, swim, sunbathe, and paddle board, plus a secret beach with turtles and monk seals. We offer our Acura MDX SUV with three rows for rent to our guests.

The Space

Townhouse villa Make yourself at home in this beautiful, bright, fully equipped family home surrounded by swaying palm trees and tropical flowers. There is plenty of comfortable work-friendly spaces & fast reliable WiFi. Two designated workspaces with two computer desks with large monitors. It is turnkey with all your family needs. This villa has 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one-half bath, and a rare outdoor shower to wash the sand away. Spacious two-car garage with one parking spot available. We provide beach chairs, floaties, beach towels, coolers, sand toys, and a wagon to pack it all up for your beach or pool day. The large master suite has an ensuite bathroom, a closet with mirrors, and access to the second upstairs lanai. Relax in the bright and airy living room or cook dinner in the open concept fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor dining area has a large oval table and six chairs. The indoor has a dining area has seating for four, three bar chairs, plus additional chairs in the garage. The unit has two spacious lanais. The upstairs lanai has lounge chairs and a table. Both lanais face quiet and pristine grass areas with walkways. Relax in the community’s three hot tubs, and two pools with BBQ areas just steps from your front door. One pool has a sandy bottom kiddie pool and a sandy beach, both of which kids can spend hours enjoying. Live life in paradise in this Hawaii-themed condo with Tommy Bahama's lovely tropical furnishings and everything you might need on your dream vacation. It is located just 20 to 30 minutes from Honolulu International Airport, world-famous Waikiki, downtown Honolulu, Zoo, and Pearl Harbor. Breath-taking Hanauma Bay is a 45-minute drive with Sea Life Park a short 5 minutes further. The Polynesian Cultural Center is well worth one hour drive. On the way, you will see many must-sees along the way - such as Hawaii's famous North Shore Beaches such as Pipeline Sunset, and Turtle Beach, as well as the historic surfing town of Haleiwa with a one of the kind restaurant.
