Our cozy 2 bed/2 bath condo sits just 10 minutes from the foot of the Wasatch Mountain front and is our sanctuary! We are 15 minutes from the airport, 17 minutes from several downtown venues and a multitude of restaurants. and about 30 minutes from numerous ski resorts. Utah's five national parks, Zion, Bryce Canyon, Arches, Capitol Reef, and Canyonlands are also all within three to five hours of driving time.
The space
Our condo comes complete with a well stocked, modern kitchen, two bathrooms, two lovely guest rooms (one queen and one king), along with a quit balcony. It has a community pool, along with an attached garage with ski storage.
Our 1100 sq foot home consists of a small living room with entrance to the ensuite kitchen/dining room and guest bedroom. The kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, electric stove top, oven, coffee maker, and several other appliances commonly used while cooking. Our small kitchen looks out onto a small balcony, overlooking the back of our condo community and parking area.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, along with a full master bath attached, and walk in closet, while the guest bedroom has a king bed, along with a 1 3/4 bathroom (shower only) and a walk in closet. Both rooms are on opposite sides of the condo and provide privacy to the occupants and some space.
If you come in the winter, you'll find ski storage in the attached garage downstairs for your outdoor excursions to our nearby slopes, and come spring and summer, you'll find our grill ready on the attached balcony for a romantic dinner for two.
Guest access
Our home is accessed from a front door on ground level via a keypad. Upon entering, there is one flight of stairs, and the living space is all on the second floor.
Notes
We are extremely respectful of other people's property and treat your home as though it were our own. Our house is relatively child-proof and families with children of any age are more than welcome - but bear in mind that the house should be found upon our return exactly as it was left. We keep things tidy, neat and unstained/unmarred, and would have the same expectations for any guests visiting, with or without children.

Getting around
A car is recommended, but bus and light rail transportation are also close by. Our home is on the east side of the valley and is approximately 15 minutes from the airport or downtown SLC. It is about fifteen miles from the resorts in Little and Big Cottonwood Canyons.
