General Overview

Cosy flat with a small garden in the family friendly neighbourhood of Wandsworth with good transport links. Our flat is a short walk to the shops and restaurants on Northcote Road and Bellevue Road, and a 15 min walk to vibrant Clapham Junction. Plenty of transport options to central London. 20 mins to London Victoria by train and short bus/e-bike ride to Clapham Junction and the Northern Line tube stations.  Situated on a residential street that leads to Wandsworth Common, a beautiful green area with multiple playgrounds, a pond and a cafe.

The Space

It's a small cosy London apartment with 1 large double bedroom, 1 tiny kids bedroom with a bunk bed, a large living room&dining area, small toilet with shower space (no bath) and a cute little garden. There's a double bed and a single sofa bed in the bedroom, and a double sofa bed in the lounge, so it can sleep 4-5. We'd probably keep the kids room closed to keep our clutter and leave you more space. It is our main home, so it has all amenities you need, good wifi, sheets/towels, and a lot of our belongings around.

It's a living space and an old building, so always clean but please don't expect a neat, super shiny airbnb apartment-there's clutter, old wooden windows/doors/kitchen tops and lots of books/toys/kitchen equipment around and in cupboards :) We believe that's part of the fun of home swapping-experiencing someone else's space for a period-but always worth setting the expectation :)

We have contact of a nice cleaner that we trust and would use before leaving the flat for you. She knows our space, so you can arrange her too, in case you don't want to deal with it yourself on your limited time here.
