General Overview

Our place is a safe, authentic Puerto Rican experience. This is not a gated resort, but in a local surfing community and building. Our building has 12 condos. Nine of them are occupied and 3 need extensive work. We are close to many swimming beaches and walking distance to downtown restaurants, ice cream, and shopping . Across the street from awesome surfing where the 2024 Olympic finals were held! We are in a great location for Sunrise and Sunsets! Enjoy the ocean walk; approximately 2 miles of sidewalk that locals come to exercise. A very short drive, or walking distance to parks, Arecibo Water park, and the skate park. There is so much to see and do in our area!

We are located on the second floor of a three story building; stairs only. We technically have three bedrooms, but keep one locked up for storage and rental supplies.
