General Overview
Welcome to our cozy and bright home in the north of Munich! This space is our sanctuary—a reflection of my creativity and comfort. Located just 30 minutes from Munich’s city center and 15 minutes from the airport, our neighborhood is peaceful, family-friendly, and surrounded by playgrounds. We are also a few minutes away from Englisher Garten, the biggest park in Munich.
We are well-connected to public transport, including the S-Bahn, U-Bahn, buses, and trams, making it easy to explore the city. Nearby, you’ll find everything you need: grocery stores, bakeries, drugstores, restaurants, cafés, and even a beautiful lake. Plus, with a direct train to Munich’s Central Station, you can effortlessly travel across Germany and beyond!
The Space
Our space has a living room where you can sit and relax. It has access to two balconies, one where you can admire the surroundings and the other one to relax with some beach chairs and plants. Inside the living room, there is a sofa that could be converted to a sofa bed if you need more beds to accommodate more guests. Beside it, is a mini play area with a wide collection of toys for small children. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, Nespresso, water boiler, etc. where you can prepare your meals for the entire trip (the Munich food scene is quite pricey!). There are also two bedrooms that you can use, one with a double bed and one with a single bed but we could put an airbed if you need one. We have one bathroom with a tub and a shower so two people can take a shower at the same time.
Guest Access
3rd floor, no elevators.

Shelley
Hi! My name is Shelley. We are a family of three living in Munich. My husband is Spanish and works in a reinsurance company, and I am Filipino, a designer by profession, and run my own business. We have a 3-year-old son who is obsessed with everything related to reading, puzzles, and building things like Legos.
We love to travel, try new restaurants, learn about history, and connect with other people. We are looking forward to meeting new people from this platform and seeing the world!
People Like Us is the world's most trusted home exchange community. We believe in sharing, trust, generosity, respect, communication, equality, cooperation, honesty, hospitality, friendship, flexibility and adventure. We take pride in our homes and we care about the environment in which we live: our village, city, country and our planet. We care about the ethos of home exchange and we do it because we love the experience and the friendships that it generates.
