Neighbourhood
The Neighborhood is a small community of unique homes that encircle the southwestern-most tip of Lake Lanier. The Lakehouse is surrounded by army corp of engineers property, wooded paths, dock lake access. Just outside the neighborhood is Mary Alice Beach Park.

We are 5 minutes by car to fantastic shopping. We have everything available to us and it is just minutes away. Of course the expansive Lake Lanier is located and accessible behind the lakehouse.
