Tons of restaurants (from Italian to Vietnamese and everything in between), breweries, bakeries, retail, and parks just a five minute walk away. Want to cook? You're walking distance (10-15 min walk) to 2 grocery stores and lots of green grocers. Two community centers within a 10 minute walks = 2 public swimming pools, gym, track, skating rink, library. Super accessible to downtown by bike/transit/car/by foot.
