Loads of restaurants (from Italian to Vietnamese and everything in between), bakeries, retail, and parks just a five minute walk away. Short 15 min walk to Commercial Drive, arguably the best neighbourhood in Vancouver (hey, I'm biased!). Loads of breweries in walking distance as well.
Public swimming pool, fitness center, and outdoor track is less than 5 minutes away, and another community centre + library + skating rink is an easy 15 minute walk.
