Neighbourhood

Close to the exceptionally walkable Hastings-Sunrise neighbourhood with tons of eateries, bakeries, cafes and small grocers. Loads of restaurants (from Italian to Vietnamese and everything in between), retailers, track, and parks just a five minute walk away. Short 15 min walk to Commercial Drive, arguably the best neighbourhood in Vancouver (hey, I'm biased!). Loads of breweries in walking distance as well. Public swimming pool, fitness center, and outdoor track is less than 5 minutes away, and another community centre + library + skating rink is an easy 15 minute walk. Playland, our local amusement park, is about a 25 minute walk away. Super accessible to downtown by bike/transit/car/by foot.

Getting Around

Extremely pedestrian-friendly location. No car necessarily if you want to be vehicle-free. You are walking distance to Commercial Drive (less than 15 mins away by foot); Hastings-Sunrise (2 min walk away); Strathcona (25 min walk). Many bus lines can be caught at a stop located 1 block away.
