We have bikes, river tubes, Subaru Outback, fishing gear, camping gear, and more fun accessories for getting outside.  
Our home is newly renovated and brand new addition, boasting a super clean and well kept hot tub, artificial turf, gas firepit and heaters, beautifully covered back patio, 3 bedrooms, 1 office, 1 flex space that currently is washer / dryer and workout room.  3.5 baths.  Fort Collins is a Platinum level bike friendly community-you literally can bike to anything you need! Quiet neighborhood but friendly.  It’s encouraged here to have a front porch and to sit on it to engage with your neighbors.  5 star neighborhood restaurant less than 10 min walk, as well as local small market that sells everything you need and local products too! This town has everything from craft brewery Mecca to everything to do with the great outdoors!!!
