This beautiful home in a highly desired area of North Spokane boasts accommodations for ten and all the comforts of home. Nestled into a neighborhood near dozens of gorgeous hiking trails, great skiing, multiple lakes for boating, great golf courses, Gonzaga games, a thriving theatric, foodie, and music community, and a night life scene downtown, there is always something fun to do!
The Space
A very open floor plan with a spacious kitchen with granite countertops, 10' dining table, two living rooms, and an island for informal dining. A bedroom with a twin bed also serves as the house library on the main floor with a full bathroom and separate laundry room.
Upstairs you'll find the main suite featuring a comfortable king bed and couch, with a walk in closet, full garden tub, shower, toilet room, and granite vanity with double sinks. Beautiful views from the main room.
There are two other bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. One has a triple bunk while the other bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bath and tub.
In the basement there is another living room with a rock climbing wall, exercise equipment and toys. The fifth bedroom is located there with a large half bath and a queen bed.
Solar panels, a whole house water purifier, central AC, and gas heat provide comfort all year round.
In the backyard enjoy the lawn chairs, ninja course, geo dome, large play structure, gardens, play some basketball and jump on the trampolines. Eat outdoors on the patio or relax in the hammock.
During the winter grab some sleds and head over to one of the great sledding areas within a few minutes of our home and enjoy all of the performing arts or awesome gyms like Ninja Warrior.
Enjoy the game closet, library, tvs, trampolines, sports and exercise equipment, paddle boards, kayaks, soak in the tub and a full kitchen for your enjoyment.
Guest Access
We have a two story home with a basement. The bedroom and bathroom on the main floor are a two step drop down from the main living areas.
The backyard deck has five steps down into the large backyard patio and yard. There are a few trampolines, a geo dome, and a large play set for children to play on. Adults can enjoy the garden or relax on the patio or deck.
Notes
We have two friendly indoor cats and a Siberian husky who will be with her dog sitter when you come to stay. We would appreciate your loving on our cats while here. They have been raised with children and lots of visitors.
We are less than ten miles to amazing hospitals including Sacred Heart, Deaconess, and excellent medical care. We love to make travel possible for families with infants, we do not have cribs or safety gates for the stairs.

Neighbourhood
We live in a very safe neighborhood with upperclass homes up on a prairie that once was all fruit orchards. There are some beautiful old farm houses but mostly it's a newer area. We've lived up here for 15 years. The sunsets up here are beautiful and the view driving down the hill is gorgeous from every side. We are close to the heart of North Spokane and a quick drive to everything Spokane has to offer!
Getting to my home
We live in a highly desired area of Spokane. Just 20 minutes North of downtown and the iconic South Hill. Green Bluff, a thriving community of farmers open to the public is just a short drive North. A perfect launch pad for your next adventures! The airport and driving are the best way to get to Spokane.
We are 1 hour from Couer'd Alene Idaho, 4.5 hours from Seattle, 3 hours from Missoula Montana, 5 hours from Glacier National Park.
Nearest airport
Spokane International Airport (GEG) is about a 25 minute drive, 14 miles away.
Getting Around
The prairie we live on is great for taking walks and going to the park but you'll want a car to get to what Spokane has to offer, both outdoors, shopping, and entertainment. Spokane does have great public transport. If considering a bus, the bus stop is about a mile from the house.
