Good sized 1 bedroom flat, spacious living room, eat in kitchen.
The spacious living room has a 49inch TV, 3 seat sofa and 2 vintage egg chairs. There is also a single bed tucked away in the corner of the room. This is a family home so there are lots of toys! The open hallway is used as a play area so I try to keep the living room clutter free. If you have a young daughter, she will love it! The kitchen is a good size, and has a small table and chairs. The bathroom has a shower over bath. The bedroom is a good size, king size bed, and TV.
It is the top floor flat, 4th floor. Sadly no lift but think of the exercise!
The flat is in a listed building on a council estate. The building can only be accessed with a fob so it is very secure.
Excellent central location, you can walk to the river or covent garden in 20 minutes. St Pauls Cathedral is within walking distance, along with the Barbican and many other famous landmarks. Otherwise it is very well connected with the nearby Chancery Lane underground station and Farringdon rail and underground. On the doorstep is Exmouth Market and many great bars and restaurants. There are 3 small supermarkets within walking distance and also green spaces such as Spa fields, Lincoln Inn Fields, Myddelton Square Gardens.
We have a sainsburys local and a Co-Op less across the road. Also Tesco local is a 5 minute walk. Chancery Lane on the central line is approx 6 minute walk, and will take you west to Oxford Circus in 5 minutes or Notting Hill in 13 minutes or east to Liverpool Street in 6 minutes, where you can walk to Shoreditch, Brick Lane, Spitalfields Market. There are also many busses to take you central and east. Farringdon underground is within 8 minute walk. Here you can travel to Regents Park. Farringdon is also on the thameslink so you can go travel to brighton if you want a day out!
