General Overview

Our home is located in the heart of one of the best areas in Vancouver called "kitsilano". Only 8 blocks from the beach surrounded by coffee shops and eateries. Ubc ( university of British Columbia ) , pacific spirit park trails, Stanley park , north van are all within 30 mins drive if not closer .

The Space

We occupy the top two floors of a beautiful house; living room , kitchen, patio and play area are all open plan. The space is bright and airy. There is one bathroom with tub and one double bedroom / office on the main floor. Two bedrooms at the top with a bathroom with shower . One bedroom has a queen bed ( currently with baby rail - which can be removed easily ) and the other room is a kids room with bunk beds and a crib.

There are 10 stairs up to the main floor and a further 10 up to the bedrooms

Neighbourhood

You have literally everything you could need within walking distance - sushi, coffee, food markets , supermarket , 7/11, pubs, restaurants all on Broadway . The beach is 8 blocks north , walkable in 30 mins , cycle paths take you along the beach and sky wall ending up at Stanley park.

Getting to my home

Taxi from the airport cost approx $30 and take approx 30 mins

We re a family of three ! I'm originally from the UK but have lived and travelled all over. My eldest son ( now nearly 8 ) was born in london then we moved to Vancouver when he was 6 months old . My second son was born here in Canada and is nearly 3. We feel so fortunate to call Vancouver home and love sharing our space with other world travellers ❤️
