General Overview

Our house is truly a home. It lacks nothing by way of furnishings, appliances and amenities. At the same time it is stunning on the exterior and beautiful on the inside having been completely furnished two years ago by a professional interior designer. In the front there is a circular driveway which accesses a two car garage where bikes, etc are kept.. To the rear is a beautiful lanai surrounding a large heated swimming pool. There are 3 different sized dining tables spread around as well as an abundance of lounge seating at each end of the outside living space. A large BBQ, an outdoor drink fridge and umbrellas are all perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The lanai looks directly out onto the 7th hole putting green.

The Space

Our house itself is two story. The ground floor comprises an entrance hall with living room, an island kitchen with 3 stools, glass dining table for 4, separate dining room with large table for 6 - 8, adjacent family den space with tv, large office with bathroom attached, Master Bedroom and Master Bath and a large second office. The living room, kitchen and family den all have direct access to the lanai and pool area. Upstairs via a curved staircase is a large Master Bedroom with walk-in closet, a Jack & Jill bathroom connecting it with an equally spacious twin bedroom and down the upstairs hallway a third bedroom with Queen bed and bathroom attached.

Guest Access

Our home together with all the amenities the club has to offer means you don't ever have to leave the club grounds. All the major local grocery stores will deliver your on-line shopping order so you never actually have to leave. The club’s location means you are within convenient distance of many restaurants and shops catering to all tastes and budgets. There are any number of white sandy beaches in Naples - all within a 20 -25 minute drive. Should you wish to go explore, Sarasota is an hour and a half away and Palm Beach and Miami are an easy two hour drive to the East We have an abundance of pool floats and toys, a bassinet as well a crib for children. And just in case - an emergency facility is a 6 minute drive and a hospital another five minutes.

Neighbourhood

Our home is located in a beautifully maintained private gated country club community. Amenities that can be made available include a 3 x 9 hole golf course, 10 clay tennis courts, 3 bocce courts, 3 pickle-ball courts and a croquet lawn. Club facilities include dining, swimming pool and state of the art fitness center. The country club itself is located within a 10 minute car drive of many stores of all kinds. It is a 15 minute drive to both Waterside and Mercator (each a hi-end shopping and restaurant complex) and a further 5 minutes to a beautiful sandy beach. “Downtown” Naples with its many restaurants and high-end stores is 20 -25 minutes from our home.

Nearest airport

The nearest airport is Fort Myers International Airport (RSW) and is a short 30 minutes drive from our home.

Getting Around

A car is essential as we are 15 minutes from the beach and shops.

Hi! We are a family of 5 with three sweet kids aged 9, 7 and 2. We live in Dublin, Ireland in a fantastic very desirable neighbourhood with lots to offer. My husband is a Physics, Biology and Maths teacher and I'm a personal assistant to a family here in Dublin. We love travelling the world and spend a lot of time in the USA visiting my father who lives in Florida. We have never house swapped before but we are super excited by the prospect! I love the idea of giving our children the chance to see more of what this beautiful world has to offer. We really treasure our home as we did it up a few years ago and put our heart and soul into making it a beautiful, peaceful place. We are very respectful of our own home and would be of others too.
