General Overview

We love our house, its natural light, its tranquility and comfort, make you disconnect and live to the rhythm of the sea. Our two outdoor terraces make our evenings incredible moments. It is a very cozy space where we always enjoy a wonderful vacation. For our family it is wonderful to have one of the best beaches in Valencia just 30 metres away, with fine sand and transparent waters.

The Space

Our house is located in a quiet street just 30 meters from the beach. It is accessed through a private terrace. The house has a living room with a double sofa bed and an open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a double bed. From the bedroom there is access to another private outdoor terrace, where you can spend a good time.

It is located in a quiet area, next to the beach. It has a good gastronomic offer. Near the beach of Oliva, you can find towns with great charm and wonderful coves, Denia, Altea, Javea... If you prefer something more urban, Valencia and Alicante are only 1 hour away by car or public transport.

If you come by plane or train, you will have to come by car from the city of Valencia or Alicante (1 hour).
