General overview
Our home is newer, with a slightly Southwestern flare on a beautiful pond. It is open, light, and spacious with high ceilings and 3 fireplaces.
It is elegantly furnished and designed for cooking and entertaining or a quiet evening by the fire.
Living room, dining room and kitchen are open to each other with high vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is a chef's delight. Living room and dining room each has its own fireplace. The dining room seats eight with places for 7 other diners in the breakfast area and at the tall granite kitchen counter.
Living room is warm and cozy with a comfortable leather couch and chairs. TV and workout space has 2 couches and is very comfortable.
Home is located 5 minutes from the local market and 15 minutes from the Ski Lift. Cross country skiing is just outside the back door.
You will love the comfort and atmosphere of this home.
The space
Our home has two guest bedrooms with a jack and Jill bath between the two rooms. It has a tub/shower with glass doors. There are double sinks on the granite countertop. One guestroom has two extra large twin beds and a larger guestroom has a king size bed and a wall mounted TV. Each guest room has a spacious closet.
The large dining room with a fireplace seats eight people comfortably and is open to a beautiful kitchen, which is fully accessorized. There are spacious windows from the dining room and kitchen with gorgeous serene views of the mountains and the pond in the backyard.
The TV room with a large smart TV and wraparound sound system also functions as a full gym. It has two couches.
Guest access
Home is a single story home with just a few steps up to the front door. There is a large attached garage should anyone desire to drive here or keep a rental car out of the weather.
Notes
We would prefer to travel to someplace warm in the winter as we are older now and don’t ski any more.
Places we would be interested in seeing would be San Jose. Del Cabo, Florida Keys, Palm Springs California, Phoenix Arizona, Hawaii, Puerto Vallarta Mexico

Neighbourhood
We live in a quiet neighborhood with wonderful neighbors who are always willing to help. It is great for walks and close to a variety of local restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. And there is cross country and skate skiing right outside our back door.
Getting to my home
The easiest way to get to our home is by Air. We have Rental Car agencies here at the airport.
Nearest airport
We have an airport in our town, SUN, which brings flights in from Denver, Salt Lake City, Seattle, Boise, and direct flights from Los Angeles and Chicago.
Getting around
It is best to have a car here as the taxi service is not very reliable because we are such a small town. However, there is a bus system that is free and can take you up and down the valley and to the ski lift.

There are the two of us now, the children grown with children of their own. Ken and I love to travel and though we have not traveled with PLU yet, we were members of another exchange site for many years and have done many many exchanges. Ken is very active with Pickleball and golf and works out regularly. Marcia loves hiking and art as well as Yoga and workouts. We are young at heart if not agewise. We are both retired. Ken was a Real Estate Broker and also had his own Building and Construction Business.
