General Overview

Our condo is located at north beach about one mile north of Hampton Beach New Hampshire. We have a peek a boo view of the ocean with beach access across Ocean Blvd and down the stairs.

The Space

Condo is 2 bedrooms 1.5 bathroom with a garage below. There is a remote keypad to access the property into the garage. Stairs lead to the kitchen with attached laundry and .5 bath. A dinette set for 4 and 2 seats at the kitchen counter provide space for dining. Living room has a pull out couch, a chair and TV with access outdoors via the front door. Upstairs is a full bath and 2 bedrooms with queen beds, one contains a twin bunkbed.

Guest Access

The condo is 2 floors with a garage below. Two sets of stairs lead from the garage to main floor and another main floor to second floor bedrooms.

Notes

Condo includes beach towels, chairs, toys and boogie boards. Bike available upon request.

Neighbourhood

North beach is a local beach just north of Hampton Beach with many bars, restaurants, activities and events.

Getting to my home

Closest international airport is Boston about an hour south. Transportation via C & J bus is quite simple and drops you at Seabrook bus station for $25 per person (kids under 12 free). Enterprise Rental Car can pick you up and transfer your party to their location for a car. Turo is also a local car share I’ve had success with. We also have a contact for a local Uber driver we highly recommend. Please ask if interested!

There is no public transportation available near Hampton Beach. A car is required.
