General Overview

Our 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath Mountain Retreat is waiting for you! Perfect location only minutes to the nearby resort (a few houses down from the ski-slopes and tubing hill, walkable to Summit Central which is currently on the IKON pass), and only 25 min. from North Bend, WA. There is also a nordic center within 5 minutes drive with beautiful groomed trails for cross country skiing and several locations perfect for snowshoeing. This beautiful home offers picturesque views of the mountains and cozy comfort inside.. We're located with easy access to the interstate and ski area but the cabin feels private and remote. Snoqualmie Pass is an hour drive east of Seattle, WA. The mountain offers year round outdoor recreation activities with the Pacific Crest Trail only 1/2 mile down the road (this trail stretches from the Mexican border to the south and the Canadian border to the north). You'll often see through hikers in the summer stopping @ the local restaurants, food trucks and the gas station! Snoqualmie resort recently opened for mountain biking in the summer with a new modern bike park at Silver Fir Lifts just a short drove (or bike) from our cabin. If you're up for an adventure just down the road is a historic rail trail bike ride through an old 2 mile tunnel, flashlights and jackets required! There are several lakes within 30 minutes perfect for swimming, boating and fishing. Several restaurants, food trucks, a small local grocery store with organic produce/ products along with coffee and breakfast/ lunch sandwiches can be found at Summit West, about 1/2 west of our cabin. Often there is live entertainment on weekends and events throughout the year at the resort. Snoqualmie Pass is about a two hour drive from Crystal Mountain Resort, another ski resort on the IKON pass.

The Space

This space is for the entire upper floor of the cabin. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bath. The bedrooms contain two queen beds and a bunk room with double bed and twin over. There is one full bathroom and one 1/2 bath. The kitchen is open concept with dining space and living room. Floor to ceiling windows provide gorgeous views of the mountains and in the winter months snow covered trees. Often mid-winter we get so much snow it reaches the second level of the cabin! The cabin comes equipped with a stocked kitchen, all linens & bedding needed, sleds, board games, children's toys (magnatiles & legos) and a television in the living room. Cell service can be challenging at times but full wifi is available allowing for communication, streaming and remote work if needed.

Guest Access

Access is via a shared garage & shared laundry then up stairs to the second level. Remote door code is used for access inside the property.

Notes

There are two tenants living at the property. A one bedroom one bath shares the garage/ laundry access. And a studio apartment with outdoor access. Both tenants are locals working at the mountain and we're so happy to provide an affordable cozy space for them to live/ work and enjoy the mountain!

Neighbourhood

Our cabin is located at Snoqualmie Pass near Snoqualmie Ski Resort. It is walkable to the lifts and to west with numerous restaurants, a bar, food trucks and other activities.

Getting to my home

You will need a rental car with all wheel drive in the winter to reach Snoqualmie Pass which is located on I-90 freeway.
