General overview
Newly built house. Currently still in the midst of decorating, so more photos to follow.
Beautiful newly built spacious family home in great location, with spacious back garden.
Our home is on the edge of the city. Close to hills, parks shops.
We have the best of both worlds here, as we have 2 beautiful coastal towns on our doorstep; in the North of Ireland, Warrenpoint and Rostrevor and in the South of Ireland and closest to our home is the beautiful and quiet village of Omeath which is just over the border in County Louth.
The house is near bus stop and within walking distance to local shop and filling station and retail park. A big Tesco is just a short drive away. The local bus stop drives around the town, stopping at main bus depot.
Newry Train Station is also practically on our doorstep.
Nearby you will find many interesting places to visit, many of which are free. First stop would be local museum, then off to the mountains 'sweeping down to the waters of Carlingford Lough', for which the area is famous.
The next village to us is the quiet and friendly village of Camlough. It is basically at the foot of the majestic Mourne Mountains.
A 5 minute drive will take you to one of the many National Trust Parks - Derrymore House and a bit further at 10 mines drive, is Slieve Gullion Forest Park which both children and adults will really enjoy.

Good gas central heating.
New windows throughout.
There are three bedrooms, Front bedroom has a double bed. Back bedroom has a triple bunk bed with a top single and bottom double and third bedroom has a single.
