Neighbourhood

We do live in a family friendly area, with lots of shops, bakeries, supermarkets, playgrounds, restaurants. etc. Our home is situated in the metropolitan area of Barcelona. You can reach all places of interest very easy but come back home away from the crowded city center to stay in a family and non touristic area where you can live like a local. Metro, tram and buses, all just around the corner. Just behind our home you find the river Llobregat with cycle paths that bring you to the beach of El Prat on one direction and to other cities of the area in the other direction (e.g. Colonia Güell from Gaudi, http://gaudicoloniaguell.org). You can of course use our bikes. For football fans, the “RCD ESPANYOL” STADIUM is 10 minutes walk from our home. The team “Espanyol” is the ‘second’ major league football team of Barcelona, in the Spanish First League. The FCBarcelona Stadium is on the same metro line as our home (just 7 stops, 15 minutes)

Metro (blue line) and tram, train and buses are all just around the corner City center and main attractons all within easy reach Many transportation options from the flat to Barcelona's main attractions. Cornella is one of the best connected cities of the metropolitan area. Options/Stops (all within 1-8 minutes) below for reference: : Metro: Stop Cornellà Centre - 450 m from our flat Train/Renfe: Stop Cornellà Centre - 500 m from our flat Ferrocarriles de Catalunya: Stop Cornellà Riera - 700 m from our flat Tranvia: Les Aigües (just across the street) - 75 m from our flat
