Paradise. So quiet, in the middle of nature. Forest, hills, water... necessities close by but you don't need to go anywhere. We were a single mom and two teenagers, and we found plenty of stuff to do nearby. And hten... go home and enjoy the peaceful house again. We had everything we needed, the beds were fantastic and we all slept like babies. I really didn't want to go home to be honest...

Ilaria is THE best host there is. She went above and beyond to have us have a wonderful time. She left us the sweetest gift as a welcome, was always available if we had any questions, recommended the best restaurants, etc etc.... we even could have her cat as companions! The apartment is cosy and full of her brilliant creativity. A skirt as an earrings shower, everywhere is color and her personality shows through everything. We felt so much at home... We would love to return one day...

Colettes son Michael was a guest in my house. He was so polite and kind! It was wonderful to have him over. He was thoughtful and taking care of us, even though we had a bit of a challenge since suddenly there were 3 people in the house while he was stying, instead of only 1. He is always welcome back...

Dave & Robin were wonderful people and they tried to do as much as possible by figuring out themselves what they needed! They really made an effort in taking care of the house. I would recommend them though to either communicate a bit more (especially when things don't work out as planned) and when traveling with kids- invest in a cleaner when leaving to not be worried about how you leave the place. They also brought a really beautiful and cool gift for my kids! You will always be welcome again (albeit with better instructions from my side, that's my own learning point)

What a wonderful place. It’s a beautiful wooden house with two huge bathrooms. Located in a small village in the middle of lots of nature. Even just driving around was wonderful. The big trampoline is heavily used by the boys. We felt so welcome with a few board games put on the table next to a few danish treats and Britt made us buns and a bread!! We had a fantastic stay.

Tracy and John are THE BEST guests ever. They were hands on, took care of everything beyond anything, they were kind, brought gifts, pampered the cat and were so grateful that they could stay... I can't tell you how grateful I am to have them in my house! really hope that there will one day be an opportunity to come to Richmond... I would recommend them to anyone!
