We love that our condo allows us to so easily get ourselves outside into nature.  Simply step outside and you are on a mountain.  It is easy to find an adventure to go on.  You can walk  50 meters to a ski or bike lift (in the summer) and then ski right down to your door.  For the littles, there is a bunny hill ski lift and sledding hill right out our back door. There is ample of activities to do in this area, snowmobiling, kayaking, paddleboarding, ice skating, biking, hiking, skiing.  Some of the country's best fly fishing is here as well. 

Summers are amazing in Summit County with lots of festivals, concerts, and activities. For entertaining the kids besides enless outdoor and activities, there are alpine coaster in summer, Woodward Barn, recreation centers, skate parks, and playgrounds galore.   You can also visit historic mines and gold tours. Fall time brings the change in Aspens, which is so beautiful to see. 

You can hike, bike, and ski without ever getting in a car.  Our condo is at the bottom of Vail pass, so you have a great bike ride right out your door with incredible views.  20 minutes or less to the towns of Vail, Breckenridge, Frisco, or Silverthorne, CO with year round events.   Don't forget Copper is home to the US Ski team!

The Space

The condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.  There are queen bunk beds in one bedroom and a king size bed in the other bedroom.  The sofa also pulls out into a bed. 
There is underground parking in the garage as well as a parking lot directly outside.

Guest Access

The condo is on the first floor and there is an elevator from the parking garage.  There is a parking spot in the garage as well as outside.

Notes

$150 cleaning/supplies fee for globes or plutos. We ask that trash be taken out, dishes started in dishwasher before departing as cleaners may not be able to get there right away.
You can leave cash or venmo.

We provide dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, TP, paper towels, cooler bag/ice packs, cleaning products, basic spices and oils for stays of 10 days or less. You may need to replenish if staying longer.

This is a pet free and smoke free condo.

Neighbourhood

Our neighborhood is a mountain community on a ski and bike mountain in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado.

Getting to my home

You can fly into Denver International Airport and drive about 96 miles to get to Copper Mountain (between Frisco and Vail).  It is about 80-85 miles west of Denver.  There are also shuttles from the airport that drive up to Copper.

Nearest airport

Denver International Airport 96 miles is the main airport for flying in.  There is an Eagle County airport that is smaller that is about 30 miles away.

Getting Around

There are walkable restaurants from the condo. Hiking/Biking right outside. There are local buses to get around Copper Mountain or anywhere in Summit County. The bus stop is right near the condo.  
If wanting to do other activities away from Copper, a car is recommended.  There are shuttle rentals to get to and from the airport.

We are a family of 4 living in Colorado and have a wonderful condo in Copper for outdoor enthusiasts.  We love travel and adventure and meeting new people who have similar interests.   We love skiing and beach vacations.  Our children are 11 and 6 and love spending time outside in nature.  We both work remotely and children are in school, so school breaks and summer vacation are most likely time for us to travel.   We have traveled with the kids to Central America, Hawaii and across the US. Prior to kids, we have traveled to Asia, South America, and Europe and would love to get back to those area as the kids get older.
