Neighbourhood
Hellerup is a very attractive and popular area dominated by beautiful old trees and villas and the long coast line. Along the main road (the beach road) you find all kinds of shops, cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. We have several parks, one of them with an art gallery and a big public library designed by the Danish architect Henning Larsen, where you can have a coffee and read English, German and French newspapers.
Nearest airport
Copenhagen Airport (Kastrup). Direct train from the airport to Hellerup.
Getting Around
Short walking distance to bakery, grocery stores and take away food. 15 min walk to the main shopping street (the beach road).
The S-train station is a five min. walk away. From here you can go to the city center of Copenhagen or you can go north along the coast.
It would often be possible to use our bikes (fits four adults/teenagers). You can take the bikes for free on the S-trains.
