General Overview

A beautiful spacious modern apartment in the heart of Plaka, the historical district of Athens. Walking distance from all of the ancient sites as well as tourist and commercial shopping districts, restaurants and bars. In a bustling pedestrian street ideal for people watching from our furnished balcony. No issues with noise though as the bedrooms are in the back.

The Space

Impressive open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room which lead to a beautifully furnished spacious balcony overlooking the historical street below. 2 bedrooms available (the 3rd we use for storage so will be locked) there is also a double sofabed located in the lounge. A rear L shaped balcony creates light for and is accessible through the bedrooms. The master with superking bed is ensuite and the guest bedroom is a single but with a pull out trundle single underneath if required. This bedroom has close access to the guest washroom with a shower. There is also a 3rd WC room which houses the washing machine and cleaning/ first aid supplies.

Guest Access

1st floor apartment., 1 step outside entrance and 4 steps in hallway of the building to an optional elevator which goes to our floor. No steps within the apartment. All one level

Our neighbourhood is the reason people visit Athens. A stones throw from Ancient sites. Nestled in the historical district of Plaka. Bustling during the day but quiet after hours. The best of Athens is walkable with transport links further afield. The Acropolis and many other ancient sites, the National Gardens and Parliament, Ancient artifact museums and Art Galleries.
