General overview
This is a large home in a very safe, gated community. Central location in Southern California and close to freeways.
The space
Large living room/dining room and kitchen. Separate den with tv/game stations. 4 total bedrooms upstairs. One smaller bedroom downstairs. King bed and full bath in Master, double beds in other upstairs rooms. Full guest bathroom upstairs as well. Very small bedroom with twin bed downstairs. This room is next to the laundry room and also has a bathroom with a shower. Large outdoor patio and pool. Gas BBQ outside.

Gated community. 2 story home - all bedrooms upstairs except for one.
We have a small downstairs bedroom/bath suitable for one person and it is often available for a hospitality stay. We enjoy hosting people young and old on their adventures!
