Lovely to stay at Emma and Rico's home again. It's a great base for exploring Dorset. We have relatives nearby, and it was good to have their home to come back to at night. Communication with Emma is easy, and whilst they were away it was good to be able to contact Emma's Mum for more immediate queries. Thanks for having us!

Jeanine is a great communicator and it was easy to arrange this exchange and communicate before and during. Her and Joe took care of our home and garden whilst we were away and participated in conversations with the exchangers staying before them to help make that transition smooth. Thanks for everything J and J!

My family and I (5 of us) stayed at Jeanine and Joe's place for 5 nights and took care of their dogs. Darcy, Bailey and Lady have lovely personalities and it added to our holiday to spend time with and walk with them. We appreciated staying in the home as well as exploring some of the area. We really enjoyed Belfast Titanic experience and walking around some local hills, beaches and lakes. Thanks very much for having us!

Tim and Jae accepted hospitality from Jane and Paul. They were super accommodating. It's a lovely house, they are lovely people. They picked them up from the station and dropped them back. They were interested in our lives, they helped with walk planning. They provided a room for Tim and Jae to sleep as well as a seperare bathroom for them. They let them use the kitchen to make a meal, and their daughter got them a drink. They were very kind hosts and we appreciate Jane and Paul offering accommodation at quite short notice. Thankyou! Please look us up if you need somewhere to stay in our area.

We really enjoyed staying at Annette and Alex's place. They are experienced Airbnb hosts and left their home in an immaculate state for us to stay in. Their kitchen is well equipped and the large bungalow has plenty of space. Bradford on Avon is a great base for exploring the southern Cotswolds. We enjoyed visiting Lacock, Box, Dundas Aquaduct, Little Solsbury Hill and Castle Coomb. Thanks so much for having us! Ali and Tim

Thanks for being super guests. Glad you loved the area. Bradford on Avon is a wonderful historical town with lots to visit. Not to mention Bath on the doorstep. Ali and Tim left our home in a fab, clean state and are welcome to stay any time.

We LOVED staying at Louise and Alex's home in Dorset. The house is incredibly spacious and has lovely features. I felt like I was staying in a home and gardens magazine! Our dog, Charlie absolutely loved the very large secure garden, which is a huge blessing when he won't always walk because we knew he had been exercising in the garden. Louise was very accommodating of my family's needs, which was much appreciated and meant we could catch up with local family and friends in the area and have some of our close family stay with us. Good things about the house, lots of parking, an amazing covered deck in the back garden. A downstairs esuite bedroom, lots of light and space. The area is great, a quiet street, easy enough to walk to shops and close to public transport. We enjoyed driving to quiet beaches in 10-15 minutes, and exploring Christchurch too. Thanks again for a lovely exchange. We have relatives nearby so if the opportunity to come again in the next few years arises, we would love to!

It's always a pleasure to stay at Emma's and Rico's. It's close to the sea and convenient for shops etc. This time, we visited Boscombe and Swanage. We love the cats! Luna is very chatty and both have big personalities. Thanks again for letting us stay.

Dawn's home provided us with a base to explore a different area of Scotland within which there was a lot to do. The city itself had a great beach and harbour, and there was some lovely coastline and countryside very accessible with a car. We enjoyed coffee on the sunny balcony, and appreciated free parking outside the flat. Dawn was easy to get hold of and thorough in her communication. Thanks Dawn and Andy for hosting us.

I really enjoyed communication with Ali, it was light and fun and put us at ease that our home and garden was being well cared for, which helped us to relax on our travels! It was great to briefly meet Ali and Paul when we popped back home to collect something, and we are looking forward to meeting them properly when they are back in our area in a few weeks time. We would definitely recommend an exchange with them! Lovely people ❤️

We loved staying at Roi's home! It was spacious, clean and welcoming. The cats will forever be fondly remembered by our kids as the cats that say "helllloooo?" When they want food/fuss/treats - so cute. Great location on a modern estate. A bit further to the train station than we thought, but the train itself is very quick into the city. We loved Edinburgh, such a chill city (compared to others like London). Really good home and place for teenagers/young adults. Thanks so much for having us Roi and family ;)

Thanks for letting us stay again Emma and Rico. We really appreciated your spacious home and especially your gorgeous cats. It was a short 15 minute drive to the beach, so much sand! A lovely walk on a warm March day. And an easy walk to the shopping centre, with a big choice of large stores - very convenient. The beds are comfy and we all slept well. Thanks again! Emma and Rico kindly let Tim and Leo stay at their comfortable home for the weekend. The cats warmed to them and got very friendly by the end of the weekend. The house is very close to supermarkets and an outlet centre. It was perfect for visiting our relatives in Dorset. Thanks for hosting us, and for the great communication.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for a globe at Shelley and Martin's home. It's a gorgeous farmhouse with lots of land. Less than an hour from ours, but a complete change of scenery and a chance to rest. We enjoyed caring for the chickens, using the hot tub and appreciated the views of fields and sky. We even saw a deer 🦌. We loved stargazing, seeing the aurora and watching the meteor shower. There are lots of interesting things to do in the area, we particularly enjoyed a trip to Kinver Edge. There are 2 shops just up the lane so super convenient and it was less than 10 minutes to a lidl and not much further into Worcester itself. Thanks so much for having us! Ali and Jae

Liz and Max helped us out when we needed (at quite short notice), a base whilst our teen sat their exams in Hampshire. They willingly accepted a globe and we've just got back from a week's stay. We're so grateful, it was a great base for our time away. Close to the exam centre, but the location was great for exploring the area too. I'm from Southampton so we were able to visit some of the places I remembered. There are some nice coastal areas to visit and interesting places in Southampton and Portsmouth too. Locally to the house there is a network of tree-lined footpaths which take you to a local shop, park and to the train station and bus stop which makes a very pleasant wander, and useful shade on a warm day. The house and garden are lovely, comfy beds, spacious and everything we needed. WiFi was good and I was able to remote work. We also appreciated some food and drink they left for us. Liz communicated well and it was lovely to meet her and Max a couple of times. We also really appreciate them letting us bring our dog, Charlie with us. Thanks Liz and Max for a lovely stay and we wish you well on your future travels in Vietnam!

Thankyou Deb and Graheme for letting us stay in your home. We don't often travel North so it was great to experience some of Yorkshire. We enjoyed an afternoon at the beach, Filey, exploring the centre of York and a wander in the woods near the racecourse, as well as local walks with Charlie. 3 nights wasn't long enough to explore everything but we are grateful for a taster. Your home is light and airy with comfortable beds and all that we needed for the weekend. We enjoyed looking out at your lovely back garden and Charlie loved running around and exploring it. We didn't see the foxes, but we did seea duck and enjoyed the many little birds that came to the feeders. Thanks again for a lovely break, Ali, Tim and J

Wow! We loved staying at Katie and Simon's home. Really large and comfortable home. They were generous to trust us with staying there over a long period whilst they were in Australia and were happy for us to bring our kids, my parents and the dog which meant we could all stay together over the Easter weekend. We were so grateful for this as it meant everyone had their own room and we weren't on top of each other. Their home is in a great location for the peak district, and we has a wonderful family day at Alton Towers as well as several days spent swimming at the local pool and walking around the village. Great communication. Thanks so much for letting us stay!

We loved our stay at Cheryl and Simon's flat. It was a great location for exploring the local area. There is lots to do in Torquay (less than 10 mins drive) and with a bus stop right outside, it's perfect for those needing to use public transport. From the house, it is a short walk to Anstey's Cove or to Babbacombe Beach. From Babbacombe we walked to Oddicombe Beach and then caught the cliff railway up again. Our dog was very happy in the flat, and made use of the small fenced area outside the door. The area is quite hilly and there are lots of steps up or down to the house, so perfect for active people, but older folk might struggle. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to self cater during our stay. The flat was a good size for 4 of us and the dog, there was plenty of space for a 5th person to stay on a sofa bed. Thanks Cheryl and Simon for having us, and we look forward to hosting you in the Autumn.

We loved our stay at Fred's place. The location is very rural so perfect if you enjoy peace and quiet and being in the countryside. This is the place where it's dark enough to see the stars and peaceful enough to hear the birds sing! There are walks from the door which was perfect for our dog. He gets a bit anxious but loved walks through the fields and paddling in the brook. We found 2 secure dog fields not far away so he could enjoy some off lead playtime. The cottage has a lovely enclosed front and rear garden which will be lovely to sit out in during warmer months. Inside is very spacious, good size rooms yet still very cosy and charming. We appreciated Fred's flexability in allowing our student age children to visit and stay a few nights. Wifi is good at the cottage, it coped well with my work and my kid's studying calls. A really great base for remote working. Thank you Fred for letting us stay, we really enjoyed ourselves.

Debbie and Mark's home is very homely and a great place for a family holiday. We felt very relaxed there, as did our dog. He is usually very anxious, but we noticed a big improvement in his behaviour, he especially enjoyed all the beach walks which are easy to access from the house, and has made friends with the sea :) We enjoyed borrowing the bikes for a few local bike rides and had some great trips to Mudeford where we were able to hire kayaks and paddle boards. Sunset at Hengistbury Head was special. We even had a day trip on the Isle of Wight which we all enjoyed. 20 minutes drive from the house and we were at the ferry. This is a great base for exploring Dorset and Hampshire. We would have loved to have spent more time in the New Forest, maybe next time! Thankyou Debbie and Mark for letting us use your home for a much needed break, it was a great exchange.

We were very grateful to be able to bring our dog and he enjoyed their secure garden. Communication with Hannah was easy and she was very helpful providing information for trips and local activities. We enjoyed some day trips to local beaches and The Mumbles. Our favourite was Threecliffs Bay and my husband and son enjoyed climbing up Pen-y-Fan (a mountain in the Brecon Beacons) which is also accessible from Hannah's house

Katherine and Trevor's home is well equipped and in a great base for exploring the area. Katherine communicated well before and during the exchange and gave us great tips for things to do. We particularly enjoyed a day out at Rotura and bathing in a hot pool at Taupo. Huka Falls is nearby. There are great views from the balcony on a clear day, and we appreciated the log fire in the cold evenings. Thankyou for a great stay! Katherine and Trevor's niece, Lisa and her son came to stay at my home over the August bank holiday weekend. They brought their dogs. Lisa communicated well before, during and after the exchange and looked after our home. All went well and we would have no concerns about exchanging with them again in the future.
