Neighbourhood

Our home is in a fantastic and convenient location. You’ll find a large supermarket and the local health centre just steps away, making everyday needs easy to cover. Downtown Parksville is only a five-minute walk, where you can explore charming cafés, restaurants, shops, and local services. For outdoor enthusiasts, the ocean is just a 10-minute walk away, with beautiful sandy beaches, peaceful shoreline walks, and stunning sunsets. Rathtrevor Provincial Park, one of the island’s most famous parks, is less than 10 minutes by car, offering hiking trails, picnic areas, and access to the beach. You can also enjoy fishing at the Englishman River or take a leisurely walk through the famous Wetlands, just about 10 minutes on foot from our home. Public transport is easy to use, as there’s a bus stop right in front of our building, and we provide private parking if you prefer to drive.

Nanaimo Airport (YCD), located about 56 km away, is the closest airport to Parksville.

Getting Around

Getting around is very easy from our home. We’re just a short 5-minute walk from downtown Parksville, where you’ll find shops, cafés, restaurants, and all essential services. A large supermarket and the local health centre are only steps away, making daily errands simple and convenient. For public transportation, the bus stop is located right in front of our building, offering quick and direct access to the rest of Parksville and nearby towns. If you’re driving, we also provide private parking, so you can come and go comfortably throughout your stay.
