General overview
Our house is independent and is in a quiet area of the city of Parma, but well connected by public transport to the city center (15 minutes) and to the station. From here you can reach numerous cities such as Milan, Bologna, Florence, Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, the Adriatic Sea and finally Venice. There is also an airport in Parma. Emilia Romagna is home to food with Parmigiano Reggiano, raw ham, Felino salami, tortellini and tagliatelle al ragù. You can visit the castles of the Duchy, the house of Giuseppe Verdi, the Farnese theater and numerous works of art as well as the largest labyrinth in the world, the Masone labyrinth.
The house has a garden equipped with deck chairs and everything you need to relax, a bbq and spaces for eating outdoors. At the back of the house live my parents who can be of help in case of need or suggestions.
The space
The house has 2 double bedrooms, 1 kitchen equipped with dishwasher and oven, Nespresso coffee machine as well as everything needed for cooking. There are 3 bathrooms (with 3 toilets, 2 bidets, 2 showers and 1 bathtub). There is a washing machine and a dryer. There are 2 living areas with tvs and sofas plus a tv in a master bedroom. A desk to work and a large outdoor space to have lunch or relax. The whole house is air-conditioned.
Guest access
The house is on two floors, the first floor is a mezzanine floor where there is a living room with TV, a dining table, a double bedroom, 2 bathrooms and the kitchen while on the floor below there is another living room with TV, a bedroom double with private bathroom, a pc area. The floors are connected by an internal staircase not suitable for small children.
Notes
My parents have cats and dogs that you may occasionally encounter in the garden.

We are a happy family. We are campers, we love meeting new places and people. We would like to make our home and garden available and to be able to introduce our 13 and 17-year-old children to a little bit of the world.
People Like Us is the world's most trusted home exchange community. We believe in sharing, trust, generosity, respect, communication, equality, cooperation, honesty, hospitality, friendship, flexibility and adventure. We take pride in our homes and we care about the environment in which we live: our village, city, country and our planet. We care about the ethos of home exchange and we do it because we love the experience and the friendships that it generates.
