General Overview

It's a cute little workers' house to which we added a modern extension in 2023. The ground floor is composed of an entrance, a living room, a kitchen open to the living room as well as an office and a toilet. We have 3 bedrooms upstairs, including a master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom, as well as an additional bathroom and a separate toilet. The converted attic is used as a music studio (piano, electronic drums, double bass,...) and a guest bedroom. The laundry room is located in the cellar. We also have a terrace and a small garden to enjoy the sunny days.
