General Overview

: We are looking for an exchange in the period Feb - July 2025. Preferably close to a surf sport in a warmer region, in a family-friendly region/house. Open to suggestions. Possibly open for long weekends in the Netherlands. Our house is located in the center of Leiden, one of the oldest cities in the Netherlands, it is a very quiet area with only residential traffic. The first canal is 100 meters from our door. We love our house, built in 1896, we completely renovated it in 2020. It is brand new but with a relaxed atmosphere. Ground floor is very spacious with high ceilings (3 meters) and an extension with a brand new open kitchen and a view of our garden (26 meters deep!). 3 Bedrooms (One master, 2 Kids, one is also good for adults (we could add an extra 2p. bed)), master bedroom has a super good bed of 1.80*2.00m. Child friendly (including stair gates, toys, books, cot, chair, outdoor playhouse etc.), has all the amenities you need. We love cooking, so all the equipment is there, don't worry about that ;). We have a spacious garden of 26 meters deep which is very unique in the old city center and also creates a lot of privacy. If needed we can provide bicycles - with child seat. Please note that this is a terraced house, built in 1896, which means that we respect our neighbors and expect our guests to do the same. Send us a message if you want to hear more.
