General overview
A lakefront home near Dandridge Tennessee on Douglas Lake. Recently fully remodeled, it has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, 2 dens and a large kitchen. There’s a great covered porch or a paver patio and fire pit with beautiful lake views, and wildlife abounds (deer, egrets. Cranes, and even Bald Eagles are frequent in our yard. The lot is gently sloping for easy lake access.
The space
The master bedroom has a queen bed with built in granite nightstands, and the second bedroom has full over full bunk beds with a twin trundle. There’s a sectional in the living room and a nice Pottery Barn couch in the den that makes a twin size bed with the back pillows removed. The dining room seats 6, with 3 additional barstools at the bar. There’s a full size fridge, wine fridge, professional snow cone maker and plenty of kitchen tools and appliances for your every need. Laundry is in the garage.
Guest access
Stairs to the front door (4) and down from the covered porch to the paved walkway on the lake side. Lot is gently sloping to the lake, where a seasonal deep water cove awaits you.
There are plenty of kayaks, life jackets, etc for fun during summer.
