The property provides easy access to major motorways, making it convenient to visit nearby cities such as Sheffield, Leicester, Derby and Birmingham. For hiking enthusiasts, the stunning landscapes of the Peak District are just 60-90 minutes away, offering trails and breathtaking scenery.
The space
A well-proportioned three-bedroom semi-detached house featuring a versatile living space with a living room and conservatory, complemented by a private, enclosed rear garden.
The kitchen is well-equipped with numerous appliances, including a Ninja air fryer, blender/smoothie maker, microwave, and oven, making meal preparation convenient and efficient. The property also offers ample storage ensuring a functional cooking space.
Upstairs, the property offers three well-appointed bedrooms: a spacious master bedroom featuring a king-size bed, a second bedroom with a four-poster double bed, and a smaller nursery complete with a cot.
The newly renovated family bathroom includes both a victorian bathtub and a walk-in shower, providing a modern and comfortable space for relaxation.
Our large garden offers a relaxed setting, it is complete with a table and four chairs.
As we have a 4 month old baby, we have a ‘next to me’ cot, high chair and toys suitable for young babies and toddlers.
Guest access
This property has stairs to access therefore may not be suitable for those with accessibility requirements.
However we do have a single foldable bed which could be placed in the downstairs living area if required.

We kindly ask that you treat our home with the same care and respect as you would your own. Please be considerate of our neighbours and remove your shoes while inside the house to maintain cleanliness (we can provide slippers :-) ).
We are a pet-free and smoke-free home due to allergies.

Our three bedroom semi-detached property is tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac located in the sought after location of Wollaton.
Wollaton is home to the stunning Wollaton Hall and Deer Park, a perfect destination for history enthusiasts, nature lovers, and families alike. This grand Elizabethan mansion, completed in 1588, is surrounded by 500 acres of parkland, featuring beautifully landscaped gardens and a serene lake. Visitors can explore Wollaton Hall's impressive architecture and its Natural History Museum, which houses fascinating exhibits on wildlife and geology.
One of the park's highlights is the free-roaming herds of red and fallow deer, offering a unique wildlife experience. Wollaton Park also includes a children's play area, scenic walking and cycling trails, and spaces for picnics.
Wollaton park also hosts a 'park run' for those who are part of the running community.
For those seeking more adventure, Sherwood Forest famous for its connection to the legend of Robin Hood, is a 45-minute drive away.
Getting to my home
Nottingham train station is 15 minutes away and will cost £10-15 in a taxi/Uber.
We are located close to J25/26 of the M1 motorway.
Nearest airport
East Midlands (EMA) airport is approximately a 20 minute drive away and will cost £30-40 in a taxi/uber.
Birmingham (BHX) airport is approximately a 1 hour and 15 minute drive.
London (LHR) airport is approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes drive.
Getting around
We have a Lidl and Papa Johns which are a ten minutes walk away. We also have a newsagent (post office) within a 5 minute walk.
There are larger supermarkets, cafes and restaurants within a 10 minute drive.
If you don’t have a car, there is a bus stop which is a 2 minute walk away from the house. Buses run every 15 minutes into the city centre (peak hours) and the journey takes approximately 18 minutes.
