General overview
Our home is located in Milton Keynes, Britain's largest new city (population c. 250,000), 48 miles north of London (fast train 30 minutes into the city) and centrally placed between the university cities of Oxford and Cambridge, the scenic beauty of the Cotswolds and historic Shakespeare country.
The space
We have a 2600 ft2 home, with three bedrooms, 3 bath or shower rooms, 1/4 acre plot, kitchen, utility room, study, family room, double garage, etc. Because the previous owners were from Kuwait, the house is fitted out in quarry tiles in a cool middle-Eastern style, exposed brick and wood, open fireplace, etc.

Neighbourhood
Our place is close to the city centre and to main transport links.
You’ll love it because of the generous space, the quiet, pleasant upmarket neighbourhood (also with local park and canal) and the comfort of your surroundings.
The neighbourhood is purely residential and we are located a few steps from the leisure route of the Grand Union canal. It is a very quiet, safe area, with friendly neighbours.
Nearest airport
London Heathrow is 58 miles away, London Luton around 25 miles, London Gatwick 95 miles
Getting around
We are a mile from the city centre (<5 minutes by car, 15 on foot) and just over two miles from both the M1 motorway and the main line train station, with connections to London, the Midlands, Scotland etc
