The space
Our home was built in 2019. It's 2,600 square feet with 4 bedrooms and two separate living room areas. Master bedroom and bathroom are downstairs while 3 bedrooms with their own bathroom and living space is on the second floor. Perfect for families or couples traveling together. Two separate work areas for those who can't leave their laptops at home!

Neighbourhood
St. Johns Lake is a new development located on semi-rural Johns Island, SC, which is the second largest island on the E. Coast of the US. The neighborhood has a pool and common area with fireplaces as well as a large lake for paddleboaring and kayaking.
Getting to my home
25 minutes from Charleston International airport, you will need your own car to get around.

Johns Island is growing rapidly with a number of shops and good restaraunts only 5 minutes away by car. James Island, Folly Beach and downtown Charleston are 15-25 minutes by car. Kiawah Island and its world class golf courses are also accesible by car.
