This is a brand new townhouse in Radium Hot springs. We are experienced exchangers and we have a globe available.
We have a 5 year old dog that will be part of the exchange.
The space
This is a three bedroom townhouse. Right now we have beds in just two of the bedrooms. The house will comfortably sleep for adults. There are four bathrooms in the house and a garage.
Guest access
The house is on three levels main floor, basement and upper floor. So you have to be able to climb a small set of stairs.
Notes
Radium Hot Springs is located at ten entrance Kootenai National park in the heart of the Canadian rocky mountains. Is an outdoor lovers paradise. We are close to a very large skiing resort panorama. In the summer there are more hikes available than you will be able to do in many years.

Getting to my home
The closest airport is Calgary alberta. That is about 3 hours from radium. If we are exchanging vehicles then we could exchange the vehicles in the Calgary airport. If you are driving from another part of Canada or the United States you would simply drive directly to our house.
