General overview

This is a brand new townhouse in Radium Hot springs. We are currently waiting for it to be completed. We are experienced exchangers and we have a globe available.

The space

For the first few months we are in the house there is likely only going to be one bedroom available suitable for two people. Once we get more settled we will have three bedrooms and room for six people. There are four bathrooms in the house and a garage.

Guest access

The house is on three levels main floor, basement and upper floor. So you have to be able to claim a small set of stairs.

Notes

Redeem Hot Springs is located in Kootenai National park in the heart of the Canadian rocky mountains. Is an outdoor lovers paradise. We are close to a very large skiing resort panorama. In the summer there are more hikes available than you will be able to do in many years.

Neighbourhood

Radium is a small village about 15 km away from invermere BC. Our house is within walking distance of the visitor center and the world famous Radium Hot springs.

Getting to my home

The closest airport is Calgary alberta. That is about 3 hours from radium. If we are exchanging vehicles then we could exchange the vehicles in the Calgary airport. If you are driving from another part of Canada or the United States you would simply drive directly to our house.
