General Overview

We recently purchased this 1 bedroom condo in a fabulous location In Chicago. It is perfectly situated right between the Gold Coast and Lincoln Park. The building is secure, and the unit quiet and light filled. We have approximately 850 sf . There is an elevator and we are on the 4 th floor. We do not have a washer and dryer in the unit but there is a laundry facility in the building ..

The Space

We love our unit for its light, generous space and location. Also our building is Mid century and is built with concrete between each floor which makes for peaceful quiet sleeping..

Guest Access

We are on the fourth floor and there is an elevator.There is a doorman between the hours of 4 pm and 12 am...Our building is secure and requires a fob to enter..

If you have any questions please feel free to ask.. Chicago is a special city with so much to see and do... If you've never been you will fall in love !! We also own a magical property just a two hour drive from Chicago.. Set on four acres, it is a 120 year old 4 bedroom farmhouse that has been renovated to a high standard.. I will post photos of that as well . Just in between Saugatuck and South Haven Michigan . Michigan is beautiful with glorious beaches, wineries, hiking and so much more!

Neighbourhood

The Gold Coast is amazing. The lake is just a few blocks away, also fantastic restaurants and fabulous shopping. Our location is unbeatable for walking to see our beautiful city. Lake Michigan is just two blocks away, the Magnificent Mile also a few blocks...Lincoln Park a few blocks as well.. Lincoln Park also has a wonderful farmers market on Saturday morning as well the Lincoln Park Zoo which is free! Theatre, gorgeous architecture, Millennium Park, cultural neighborhoods, museums including the Art Museum just to name a few...

Getting to my home

Both Chicago airports are approximately 30- 60 minutes by car depending on traffic. There is also public transport into the city for O hare airport.

Getting Around

Walk to everything..We also have a bus stop as well as Divvy bikes right outside our building. Ubers are always available.
