Neighbourhood
Boulder is in the sunny state of Colorado. It’s 45 minutes from The capital, Denver. And 45 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park. Located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains there are a miles of hiking trails and a ton of nearby places for rock climbing, mountain biking, and road biking. Can access some of Colorados best ski resorts in just a couple of hours (Winter Park, Vail, Keystone, A Basin, and more).
Our neighborhood is quiet and walkable! Great for kids. Two blocks away is the Goat Trail leading the the trail system of Mount Sanitas. A 15 minute walk gets you to the trails of Wonderland Lake.
Downtown Boulder, full of food, bars, entertainment, and shops is only a 30 minute walk or short bike. In about 15 minutes walking you can reach a small local grocery store, restaurants, and coffee shop. 5 minutes walking is North Boulder park.
And of course everything is very bike-able! You can reach mountain bike trails or bike paths without needing to use a car. Flat irons views from the deck too!!
Nearest airport
We are about 45-minute drive from Denver International Airport or a 60-75 minute bus ride.
Getting around
We are willing to discuss trading cars as well. We have a Tesla Model S.
The town if very bike-friendly and walking friendly. We have two road bikes (small) and a women's mountain bike as well.
Public transportation isn't that great, but you can easily take a bus to Denver or the airport.

We are a family of three; Hannah, Michael, and baby Theo. We love to travel and love hosting families from all over. Michael is an entrepreneur who owns two businesses and is focused now on climate tech. Hannah also worked in climate tech but is taking some time off to hang out with Theo who was born in January 2022.
