General Overview

Our house is cosy, modern and located on the edge of the city next to a protected nature area. Our house is also away from the streets so we have absolutely NO traffic noise, but still located in the middle of a vibrant neighbourhood. In addition to our house, we have 2 summer houses next to each other in Marielyst, Falster 1,5 hours drive from the house. 10 min walk from the beach with a big garden and jacuzzi.

Our home is a 2 floor, 2 bedroom modern house with 2 bathrooms and 2 terrasses. The first floor has a semi open kitchen-living room with 2 dining areas, a sofa and an 74" television

Neighbourhood

We live in a new neighbourhood full of modern houses, among them the 8-house rewarded the best residential building in the world. There is lots of life but the nature is right next by. There is a playground for kids in the yard (see image). The Nature area "Kalvedbod fælled", which is right outside our door is also a magical place for all ages. The metro will take you to the city center in 12 minutes and we are 10 minutes from the airport by taxi.

**currently looking for a swap in Switzerland (Bern/Thun area) 2/7-10/7 2025** We are a norwegian/icelandic couple living in Copenhagen, Denmark with our daugther (born 2011). In addition to our cosy town house we have 2 summer houses next to each other in Marielyst, Falster (south of Denmark) that is a perfect place for 2 families to have som nice days by the beach. We love travelling and when we are not visiting family in Iceland or Norway, we like experiencing new parts of the world!
