General overview
The beautiful house, surrounded by oaks and roses, is located near the city center (it is easy to reach Viterbo by car. It is only 5 km away), in a private and peaceful place, away from city traffic and at the same time a short drive away from the medieval center and the major tourist resorts of Tuscia and Lazio, Tuscany and Umbria. Viterbo is a very beautiful city of Etruscan origin, it has a medieval center dating back to the XIII century with beautiful towers, walls and fountains. Viterbo was the Pope's residence in the 14th century, therefore it retains the important Papal Palace. There are many thermal baths: "Terme dei Papi", "Terme Vita Spa" and "Bagnaccio". Many restaurants, shops, horse riding, hiking, tennis, golf, windsurfing and many activities are available not far from the property.
