General Overview

Our home is a large beautiful home on a 1/2 acre lot in quiet SW Portland on quiet dead end street with little traffic. I built it myself about 10 years ago and put in custom hardwood flooring in every room along with curly maple trim and solid hardwood doors. Hope is amazingly quiet because windows and walls are sound insulated. Upstairs rooms have pretty views of the trees. We have an amazing neighborhood and neighbors. We are close to groceries and a few miles the ritziest shopping mall in Oregon.

The Space

Large living room and family room downstairs. 3 bedroom upstairs including a large master bedroom, downstairs there's a separate master bedroom with its own closet and custom bathroom. House is all hardwood floors. We also have a large two person clawfoot tub in the upstairs master bedroom.

2 floors with stairs. 3 bedrooms 2 baths upstairs, 1 bedroom 2 baths downstairs.

Neighbourhood

We live in a wooded area in SW Portland on a dead end street that ends on the Fanno Creek trail which stretches for miles through the west side of Beaverton. We are also walking distance to a Starbucks and a Trader Joes.

Getting to my home

Uber trip is about $45 from airport. Train/bus is approximately an hour from airport.

Portland, ~30min by car

Getting Around

15 minutes to downtown Portland, 30 minutes to the airport, 5 minutes to groceries.
