General Overview
My beautiful, new condo is the perfect place to unwind. It's in a very quiet building across the street from the beach with great views of the ocean. There are only 15 units in the building and many aren't yet even occupied.
It's tastefully and minimally decorated with all you will need to enjoy your vacation. Enjoy the rooftop deck with ocean views, the infinity pool and the quick and easy access to the ocean!
The Space
My condo is perfect for a single or couple. It's a one bed, one bath with air conditioning, ceiling fans, 2 tvs, balcony with ocean views and private parking.

My unit is on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator.

Neighbourhood
My place is right across the street from the ocean with access points approximately 200 meters in either direction. There are restaurants and stores within walking distance.
Getting to my home
If you are flying in, Puerto Vallarta is the International airport. Some people fly into Guadalajara and take a bus- approximately 4.5 hrs.

It is 1.3km to the center of town. There are other restaurants and a convenience store much closer than that.
