General overview
The property has a main house and a converted barn, there is a large pool and 15 acres of gardens, fields and forests to explore. Click on the short drone video next to the title to see how private it is.
Local village for your morning coffee and pastries in a pleasant 5 minute walk. The bustling market town of Sarlat-la-Caneda is only 15 minutes drive.
Local markets in the towns of Saint-Cyprien, Lalinde, Eymet feature local produce from all over the region. We are one hours drive to Bergerac and 2 hours drive to Bordeaux airports.
Brive train station is one hour away and Souillac is only 45 minutes drive.
Local activities include golf, kayaking, eating, cycling, fishing (we have a lake 5 minutes away) hiking and exploring medieval towns such as Beynac, Monpazier, Sarlat-la-Caneda and Domme to name a few.
The space
Upstairs has a bedroom with double bed and ensuite. On the same level there is another double bed. This top floor is ideal for a family.
On the bottom level there is a kitchen and a bathroom (toilet and shower) there is a flat screen TV and a lounge that folds out to a double bed.
This bed is fine for sleeping on (perfect for kids) but it IS a lounge type bed.

Notes
This is a peaceful property with neighbours 100 metres away so you wont see them or hear them and we prefer they don't hear you.
No loud parties, NO smoking in the house (non-smokers preferred TBH) a cleaning fee of 100 euros will apply and an extra cleaning fee will apply if there is even a whiff of smoke when you depart.

Neighbourhood
In the village there is a cafe (open in the mornings) a church, a few hotels (some with lovely views of the area where you can have a drink or a meal)
