General overview

My condo is my refuge. It is in a 6-unit condominium complex which is located in a village type neighborhood on a hill called Bernal Heights in the Southwest part of San Francisco which is on the sunny side of the city. My condo has 180 degree views of the city.

The space

My condo is a two bedroom, one bathroom condo with hardwood floors and lots of natural light from skylights. However, when I’m away I use my extra guest room to store all my stuff so essentially it’s available as a one bedroom, one bathroom condo. The condominium was built in 1979 and the bathroom and kitchen has Mexican tile from that era.

Guest access

Guest(s) will have to climb stairs to my unit on the second floor. Guest will receive a key which opens the front gate as well as my front door. I cannot accommodate guests with disabilities, children or pets. I am highly allergic to dander. Also guest(s) must be non-smoking.

Notes

Maximum number of guests is no more than two. While at home guests must not wear hard sole shoes and not play loud music or have parties. Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 9 am.

Neighbourhood

Lovely views, nice walks over Bernal Hill. Many great restaurants on Cortland Avenue in South Bernal Heights and around neighboring Mission District.

Getting to my home

If you’re driving and arrive during the day, there’s adequate free street parking on my street. There’s a MUNI Bus that can take you to the Mission or to the South Side of Bernal Heights. Also there is the fast BART train to and from the SFO airport and which can take you downtown or to the East Bay. Also Uber & Lyft.

Nearest airport

SFO International Airport which is a 15 minute drive if it’s not commute hours.

Getting around

Either the Muni Buses, the BART train or use Uber or Lyft.
