Ultra modern home close to the heart of Sydney
The space
Our home is very open and full of natural light.The house is on three split levels and features lots of glass giving it a feeling of space. The kitchen and living area is the hub of the house opening out onto a courtyard where you can sit outside and enjoy a barbecue. The three bedrooms are all upstairs. The main bedroom, contains a king size bed, ensuite and opens out onto a balcony . A second bedroom has a queen size bed and also opens onto the balcony. The third smaller bedroom is equipped with a set of bunks. All the bedrooms have built in wardrobes.. There is a second bathroom upstairs with a shower and large bath. A separate toilet is located downstairs.

The house is on three split levels. There are 9 steps up to the second floor where the bedrooms are located and 8 steps down to the kitchen and living areas.
Notes
Our home has a lot of glass which makes it unsuitable for small children.

Neighbourhood
Annandale is known for its cafe culture. Cherry Moon, Cornersmith, Cafe Sienna, Revolver just to get you started. The Vic pub a 3 minute walk away serves wonderful meals. Try their Sri Lankan curry. Tramsheds contains a variety of wonderful restaurants.Glebe Foreshores is a wonderful walk where you can see the iconic Harbour Bridge only a 15 minute walk from our home.
Getting around
Public transport is excellent. There are buses into the city at the end of our street, a train station about a 15 minute walk which also takes you into the city plus the light rail network at the other end of our street also going into the city.
There are two supermarkets about a 15 minute walk from our home.
