General Overview
It's ours.. built by our hands and loved so much. Its spacious homely and lived in all at the same time. Built in 2020 by ourselves and we are very proud of what we have built.
The Space
There are 5 bedrooms, all with double/king beds 2 of the rooms can sleep 3 people as they have a single and double bed. We now have 4 bathrooms (3 of these are ensuites) with a bath in the main bathroom downstairs. We also have a large driveway and rear garden with play set up on the top lawn. On the patio we have our Hot Tub and Bar, great for those evenings in.
Guest Access
Guests will have full access to the house, 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor and there are 2 on the first floor. We just ask you to love it like we do as we are very proud of what we have built here.
Notes
Its a great house and accessible to all. We are right on the bus route to Waterford, Dungarvan and Tramore with 3 services to tramore Daily and 7 to Dungarvan and 4 to Waterford. This is operated by the local link and prices vary from €2 to €4 euro each way, Kids under 5 are free and Kids are half price.

Neighbourhood
Fab neighbourhood with only 5 houses. It's on the local bus route. There is also the fabulous Anne Valley Walk just a short walk away this takes you all the way to the beach. We so have a local pub within walking distance that serves food Friday to Sunday and its Yummy!! We are just 4k from the nearest beach and then beaches are scattered about 500m to 1K along the coast. Look up the copper coast drive its fabulous with lots of stops on the way. Also if you like Christmas you will love the Winterval Festival thats held every year from end of Nov all through to the End of Dec.
Getting to my home
We are approx. 1.5 hrs from Cork and Dublin Airport by car buses take a little longer. There is a direct bus to Waterford City from Dublin Airport. 15 mins to Waterford city, 10 minutes to Tramore by car.
Nearest airport
Dublin or Cork both 1.5 hrs by car.
Getting Around
Driving is best but we do have a local bus that goes to Waterford City, Tramore and the beautiful Dungarvan. Hiring a car would be advisable so you have unlimited possibilities of the sights to be seen.

Emma and Richard's house is just gorgeous- spacious, bright and beautifully decorated. We felt immediately at home and loved coming back here each night after exploring the area. The location is fantastic- beautiful views of rolling countryside but just 20 minutes from Waterford city and even less to Tramore which has a stunning beach and some lovely seaside restaurants. There is so much to do in this area we hardly scratched the surface. Great that you can walk to the local pub in a few minutes too! Emma was so lovely to deal with, it felt like talking to a friend, she gave us lots of great recommendations. Thanks Emma, we'd love to come back! -
